General Information

PORTO CARRAS GRAND RESORT, is providing discount on all room prices, for all our delegates.

However, they have a cap of 15 rooms at the discounted rate being help for INDIRE delegates till April 15, 2024.

To reserve by that date,

1. go to www.portocarras.com and click on the top right-hand button 'BOOK NOW'.
2. Select your dates, adults, children, infants, and enter 'indire' in the Voucher box.
3. Click on search button

The conference dates are during high season and you should expect a primarily great Greek ambiance with some international tourists. 

The idea of have the conference in one all inclusive hotel is to keep all the delegates together to socialize and engage in stimulating discussion and research in a picturesque environment and while being taken care of all their needs. 

The accomodation prices vary from 250 euros per day to over 500 euros depending on:

• the total number of days
• occupancy (single or double)
• Bed and breakfast or full board which includes breakfast and dinner

NOTES:

Children (2-11)  are free of charge on full board basis.

All rates include Vat and Taxes except 4Euro occupancy tax per night, paid on arrival.
