Awards & Grants

Awards will be given to appreciate participants' efforts. Each award will be 250 Euros.

1. "Best Paper" in each of the following categories: Case study and Original research.
2. "Most Innovative Online Teaching Award".
3. "Award of Appreciation". It is a surprise and you will find out at the conference.
4. Dennis Kira best study award on Psychology and Online Learning. This is an annual award for conference paper submission and presentation, given in memory of Dr. Kira who supported INDIRE from the start. He was an inspiring colleague and a very good friend. His generosity and kindness were the trademarks of his Tao Te Ching (Simplicity, Patience, & Compassion).
5. Fassil Nebebe best study award on Empirical Research in Online Learning. This is an annual award for conference paper submission and presentation, given in memory of Dr. Nebebe whose statistical wisdom guided us in all our research work and academic programming. Fassil was kind, fair, and supportive in helping everyone who worked with him achieve their full potential. A very close friend and good colleague.

The best papers will be identified by an evaluation and selection committee.
