REGISTRATION (Refund & Cancellation) POLICY 

  • Registration cannot be cancelled or refunded.
  • The registration is non-transferable.
  • In the unlikely cancellation of the INDIRE conference, the liability of INDIRE is limited to the share of paid registration fees that remains after credit card and payment processing fees have been incurred and deducted.
  • If the first author is not able to present his/her reesarch work, one of the subsequent authors has to pay the full registration fee.
  • If you register as a student, you must email a picture of your student ID card to info@indire.net (cc. rsaade21@outlook.com)
  • A participant (such as the accompanying person) is an attendee that does not submit or present a paper, but can attend all keynote, guest, and paper presentations, as well as seminars, workshops, trips/excursions, and gala.
  • An invitation letter will be issued upon request, and after complete registration and payment in full. Should you need an invitation letter, please email your request to rsaade21@outlook.com
  • INDIRE is not responsible for any loss or damage as a result of a substitution, alteration, cancelation or modification to the conference schedule or events. INDIRE shall assume no liability whatsoever in the unlikely circumstance that an event is cancelled due to a fortuitous event (such as war, fire, strikes, extreme environmental conditions, epidemic and other emergencies), Act of God, or any unforeseen, impossible, illegal, and impracticable event. 
  • Note that advertised speakers (keynote and guest), although confirmed prior to the conference, circumstances beyond INDIRE's control may make it necessary for changes and/or cancellations of the speakers/topics. Any changes will be updated on the INDIRE platform.

  • All payments are to be made using the online INDIRE platform.
  • If you are not able to pay using the INDIRE platform, you can pay at registration in cash. A receipt will be provided.
