As a frontline teacher at a civil aviation specialized university, teachers encounter many students with diverse professional and personal characteristics during their teaching career. Some are studious, some are active, some love to delve into research, and some enjoy socializing. Ultimately, educators must focus on students' learning behaviors and performance. Regardless of whether one can genuinely appreciate certain behaviors and performances, delving into the reasons behind them always helps in problem-solving. As the proverb mentioned by Pierre Bourdieu on the frontispiece of "The Weight of the World" states: "Do not regret, do not mock, do not hate, but seek to understand." So, what are the reasons that lead to such significant differences in learning behaviors and outcomes? This is a topic that educators are always concerned about, and which makes the central theme of this case study.
